config-ml.in: After building symlink tree call make distclean if...

	* config-ml.in: After building symlink tree call make distclean
	if a Makefile got linked into ${ml_dir}/${ml_libdir}; this happens
	to be the case for libiberty.
	* Makefile.in (clean, distclean): Add 'info' explicitly.
