        * include/c_std/langinfo.h: New file.
        * include/bits/codecvt.h (__enc_trants::__enc_traits()): Bring in
	CODESET from _C_legacy::CODESET if using shadow headers.
	* src/Makefile.am: Add new files.
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
