configure.ac: Remove checks for mktime... 

* configure.ac: Remove checks for mktime, alloca, ioctl, gmtime_r,
	fork, execvp, execinfo.h, pthread_mutexattr_settype,
	pthread_mutexattr_setkind_np and sys/wait.h.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* include/config.h.in: Regenerate.
	* testsuite/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
