Enable afdo testing on AMD Zen3+

contrib/ChangeLog:

	* gen_autofdo_event.py: Add support for AMD Zen 3 and
	later CPUs.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* config/i386/gcc-auto-profile: regenerate.
