printers.py (StdStringPrinter.__init__): Remove encoding argument.

	* python/libstdcxx/v6/printers.py (StdStringPrinter.__init__):
	Remove encoding argument.
	(StdStringPrinter.to_string): Do not compute or pass encoding.
	Use lazy_string over string function.
