Remove configure check for unused fdopen.

	* configure.ac: Remove check for fdopen.
	* runtime/backtrace.c (CAN_PIPE): Fix comment, remove check for
	fdopen.
	* configure: Regenerated.
	* config.h.in: Regenerated.
