Remove not needed __builtin_expect due to malloc predictor.

	* libsupc++/new_op.cc (new): Remove __builtin_expect as malloc
        predictor can handle that.
	* libsupc++/new_opa.cc: Likewise.
	* libsupc++/new_opnt.cc (new): Likewise.
