libgomp: Remove bogus warnings from privatized-ref-2.f90.

libgomp/ChangeLog

	* testsuite/libgomp.oacc-fortran/privatized-ref-2.f90: Cut
	dg-note about 'a' and remove bogus warnings about its array
	descriptor components being used uninitialized.
