elf.c (elf_open_debugfile_by_debuglink): Don't check CRC if the desired CRC is zero. 

* elf.c (elf_open_debugfile_by_debuglink): Don't check CRC if the
	desired CRC is zero.
	(elf_add): Don't clear *found_sym and *found_dwarf if debuginfo.
