paranoia.cc (real_c_float::image): Accomodate size of real_internal format. 

* paranoia.cc (real_c_float::image): Accomodate size of
        real_internal format.
        (main): Unbuffer stdio.  Add real_internal format.
        (floor_log2_wide): New.
