config.gcc (x86_64-*-rtems*): Use i386/rtemself.h instead of i386/rtems-64.h. 

* config.gcc (x86_64-*-rtems*): Use i386/rtemself.h
	instead of i386/rtems-64.h.
	* config/i386/rtems-64.h: Remove.
