rs6000: Remove type attribute "brinc" 

Nothing uses it anymore.


	* config/rs6000/8540.md (ppc8540_brinc): Delete.
	* config/rs6000/e500mc.md (e500mc_brinc): Delete.
	* config/rs6000/e500mc64.md (e500mc64_brinc): Delete.
	* config/rs6000/rs6000.md (type): Remove "brinc".
