	(basic_string(const basic_string&, size_type, const Alloc&)): Add
	new constructor for LWG 2583.
	(basic_string(const basic_string&, size_type, size_type)): Remove
	default argument.
	[!_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI]: Likewise.
