	* libsupc++/eh_catch.cc (uncaught_exception, uncaught_exceptions):
	Return false or zero if the library is built without exceptions.
	* libsupc++/eh_term_handler.cc: Disable verbose terminate handler if
	the library is built without exceptions.

	* doc/html/manual/configure.html: Regenerate.
