        * include/bits/concept_check.h: Ignore _GLIBCXX_CONCEPT_CHECKS for
        freestanding implementations.
        * doc/xml/manual/using.xml (_GLIBCXX_CONCEPT_CHECKS): Mention
        that this macro has no effect for freestanding implementations.
        * doc/html/manual/using_macros.html: Likewise.
