	`jdouble'.
	(atan2): Likewise.
	(IEEEremainder): Likewise.
	* java/lang/mprec.h: Don't wrap includes in `extern "C"'.
	* java/lang/fdlibm.h: Don't wrap includes in `extern "C"'.
