	* testsuite/util/testsuite_error.h: Add empty default constructor
	to __gnu_test::test_category and
	__gnu_test::test_derived_category.
	* src/future.cc: Add empty default constructor to
	future_error_category.
	* src/system_error.cc: Add default ctor to generic_error_category
	and system_error_category.

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
