config:
	* stdint.m4 (GCC_HEADER_STDINT): Don't typedef uint8_t etc. if
	corresponding macros already exist.

	libdecnumber:
	* configure: Regenerate.

	libgfortran:
	* configure: Regenerate.

	libgomp:
	* configure: Regenerate.

	libstdc++-v3:
	* configure: Regenerate.
