	* bid_conf.h (BID_THREAD): Defined.
	(__bid_IDEC_glbround): Add BID_THREAD in declaration.
	(__bid_IDEC_glbflags): Likewise.

	* decimal_globals.c (__bid_IDEC_glbround): Add BID_THREAD in
	declaration.
	(__bid_IDEC_glbflags): Likewise.
