crypto: tcrypt - rename CRYPTO_TEST to CRYPTO_BENCHMARK

Browse Source 
tcrypt is actually a benchmarking module and not the actual tests.  This
regularly causes confusion.  Update the kconfig option name and help
text accordingly.
