KVM: selftests: Use GUEST_FAIL() in ARM's arch timer helpers

Use GUEST_FAIL() in ARM's arch timer helpers now that printf-based
guest asserts are the default (and only) style of guest asserts, and
say goodbye to the GUEST_ASSERT_1() alias.
