The global clock controller on MDM9615 uses external CXO and PLL7
clocks. Split the qcom,gcc-mdm9615 to the separate schema file.

2f9b209646 dt-bindings: clock: qcom,gcc-msm8953: split to separate schema 
The Qualcomm MSM8953 GCC clock controller has clock inputs, thus
existing gcc-other.yaml was not describing it fully.  Move the binding
to its own schema file and document the clocks based on DTS.  Add driver
contributors as its maintainers.

Clean the Qualcomm SoCs clock bindings:
1. Drop redundant "bindings" in title.
2. Correct language grammar "<independent clause without verb>, which
   supports" -> "provides".
3. Use full path to the bindings header, so tools can validate it.
4. Drop quotes where not needed.

91a4cbf933 dt-bindings: clock: qcom,gcc-apq8064: move msm8960 compat from gcc-other.yaml 
MSM8960 shares the design (and the driver) of the global clock
controller with APQ8064. Move it from clock/qcom,gcc-other.yaml to
clock/qcom,gcc-apq8064.yaml.

As the example in gcc-other.yaml was using qcom,gcc-msm8960 compat string,
change it to qcom,gcc-msm8974.

qcom,gcc-other Documentation lacks a '|' for the description. This cause
dt_binding_check to incorrectly parse "See also:" as a new value.

85e125878b dt-bindings: clock: document qcom,gcc-ipq8064 binding 
Document qcom,gcc-ipq8064 binding needed to declare pxo and cxo source
clocks. The gcc node is also used by the tsens driver, already documented,
to get the calib nvmem cells and the base reg from gcc. Use
qcom,gcc.yaml as a template and remove the compatible from
generic qcom,gcc-other.yaml
