Because the decoder nodes already make use of the iommus property to
configure the IOMMU for address translations, having a dma-ranges
property makes no sense.
In fact, after commit f1ad5338a4 ("of: Fix "dma-ranges" handling for
bus controllers"), having a dma-ranges property causes IOMMU faults.
Remove the dma-ranges property and update the example.

Add a new compatible string for the monochrome version, based on the

deprecate the current ambiguous compatible string.

SPI and I2C bus node names are expected to be "spi" or "i2c",
respectively, with nothing else, a unit-address, or a '-N' index. A
pattern of 'spi0' or 'i2c0' or similar has crept in. Fix all these
cases. Mostly scripted with the following commands:
git grep -l '\si2c[0-9] {' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -e 's/i2c[0-9] {/i2c {/'
git grep -l '\sspi[0-9] {' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -e 's/spi[0-9] {/spi {/'
With this, a few errors in examples were exposed and fixed.

Convert the bindings of the Freescale Pixel Pipeline to YAML.
The conversion drops the previously listed compatibles for several SoCs.
It is unclear, if the PXP on these SoCs is compatible to any of the PXPs
on the existing SoCs and would allow to reuse the already defined
compatibles. The missing compatibles should be brought back when the
support for the PXP on these SoCs is added.
