d0f27ff27c selftests/bpf: Remove entries from config.{arch} already present in config
`config.{arch}` had entries already present in `config`.

When generating the config used by vmtest, concatenate the `config` file
with the `config.{arch}` one, making those entries duplicated, so remove
those duplications.

Use the following command to get the differences:

  $ comm -1 -2  <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config.x86_64) <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config)
  $ comm -1 -2  <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config.aarch64) <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config)
  $ comm -1 -2  <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config.riscv64) <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config)
  $ comm -1 -2  <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config.ppc64el) <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config)
  $ comm -1 -2  <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config.s390x) <(sort tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config)

This is similar with commit 7a42af4b94 ("selftests/bpf: Remove entries
from config.s390x already present in config").

a6d0dbba95 lib/crc: remove unnecessary prompt for CONFIG_CRC_T10DIF

98e20e5e13 bpfilter: remove bpfilter
bpfilter was supposed to convert iptables filtering rules into
BPF programs on the fly, from the kernel, through a usermode
helper. The base code for the UMH was introduced in 2018, and
couple of attempts (2, 3) tried to introduce the BPF program
generate features but were abandoned.

bpfilter now sits in a kernel tree unused and unusable, occasionally
causing confusion amongst Linux users (4, 5).

As bpfilter is now developed in a dedicated repository on GitHub (6),
it was suggested a couple of times this year (LSFMM/BPF 2023,
LPC 2023) to remove the deprecated kernel part of the project. This
is the purpose of this patch.

b0cf0dcde8 selftests/bpf: Consolidate VIRTIO/9P configs in config.vm file
Those configs are needed to be able to run VM somewhat consistently.
For instance, ATM, s390x is missing the `CONFIG_VIRTIO_CONSOLE` which
prevents s390x kernels built in CI to leverage qemu-guest-agent.

By moving them to `config,vm`, we should have selftest kernels which are
equal in term of VM functionalities when they include this file.

The set of config unabled were picked using

    grep -h -E '(_9P|_VIRTIO)' config.x86_64 config | sort | uniq

added to `config.vm` and then
    grep -vE '(_9P|_VIRTIO)' config.{x86_64,aarch64,s390x}

as a side-effect, some config may have disappeared to the aarch64 and
s390x kernels, but they should not be needed. CI will tell.

Move CONFIG_BPF_KPROBE_OVERRIDE=y to arch-agnostic CI config.

5ed88f8151 selftests/bpf: Panic on hard/soft lockup
When running tests, we should probably accept any help we can get when
it comes to detecting issues early or making them more debuggable. We
have seen a few cases where a test_progs_noalu32 run, for example,
encountered a soft lockup and stopped making progress. It was only
interrupted once we hit the overall test timeout [0]. We can not and do
not want to necessarily rely on test timeouts, because those rely on
infrastructure provided by the environment we run in (and which is not
present in tools/testing/selftests/bpf/vmtest.sh, for example).
To that end, let's enable panics on soft as well as hard lockups to fail
fast should we encounter one. That's happening in the configuration
indented to be used for selftests (including when using vmtest.sh or
when running in BPF CI).

fc97590668 selftests/bpf: Add test for bpf_verify_pkcs7_signature() kfunc
Perform several tests to ensure the correct implementation of the
bpf_verify_pkcs7_signature() kfunc.

Do the tests with data signed with a generated testing key (by using
sign-file from scripts/) and with the tcp_bic.ko kernel module if it is
found in the system. The test does not fail if tcp_bic.ko is not found.

First, perform an unsuccessful signature verification without data.

Second, perform a successful signature verification with the session
keyring and a new one created for testing.

Then, ensure that permission and validation checks are done properly on the
keyring provided to bpf_verify_pkcs7_signature(), despite those checks were
deferred at the time the keyring was retrieved with bpf_lookup_user_key().
The tests expect to encounter an error if the Search permission is removed
from the keyring, or the keyring is expired.

Finally, perform a successful and unsuccessful signature verification with
the keyrings with pre-determined IDs (the last test fails because the key
is not in the platform keyring).

The test is currently in the deny list for s390x (JIT does not support
calling kernel function).

cbd620fc18 selftests/bpf: Copy over libbpf configs
This change integrates libbpf maintained configurations and black/white
lists [0] into the repository, co-located with the BPF selftests themselves.
We minimize the kernel configurations to keep future updates as small as
possible [1].

Furthermore, we make both kernel configurations build on top of the existing
configuration tools/testing/selftests/bpf/config (to be concatenated before
build). Lastly, we replaced the terms blacklist & whitelist with denylist and
allowlist, respectively.
