2aa74c6258 selftests: net: sort configs
Sort config files for networking selftests. This should help us
avoid merge conflicts between net and net-next. patchwork check
will be added to prevent new issues.

99e4c35ead selftests: bonding: add ipsec offload test
This introduces a test for IPSec offload over bonding, utilizing netdevsim
for the testing process, as veth interfaces do not support IPSec offload.
The test will ensure that the IPSec offload functionality remains operational
even after a failover event occurs in the bonding configuration.

Here is the test result:

TEST: bond_ipsec_offload (active_slave eth0) [ OK ]
TEST: bond_ipsec_offload (active_slave eth1) [ OK ]

87951b5664 selftests: bonding: add test for passive LACP mode
Add a selftest to verify bonding behavior when `lacp_active` is set to `off`.

The test checks the following:
- The passive LACP bond should not send LACPDUs before receiving a partner's
  LACPDU.
- The transmitted LACPDUs must not include the active flag.
- After transitioning to EXPIRED and DEFAULTED states, the passive side should
  still not initiate LACPDUs.

dd2d40acdb selftests: bonding: Add more missing config options
As a followup to commit 03fb8565c8 ("selftests: bonding: add missing
build configs"), add more networking-specific config options which are
needed for bonding tests.

For testing, I used the minimal config generated by virtme-ng and I added
the options in the config file. All bonding tests passed.

Fixes: 6cbe791c0f ("kselftest: bonding: add num_grat_arp test") # for tc options

bonding tests also try to create bridge, veth and dummy
interfaces. These are not currently listed in config.

bbb774d921 net: Add tests for bonding and team address list management
Test that the bonding and team drivers clean up an underlying device's
address lists (dev->uc, dev->mc) when the aggregated device is deleted.

Test addition and removal of the LACPDU multicast address on underlying
devices by the bonding driver.

v2:
* add lag_lib.sh to TEST_FILES

v3:
* extend bond_listen_lacpdu_multicast test to init_state up and down cases
* remove some superfluous shell syntax and 'set dev ... up' commands

c078290a2b selftests: include bonding tests into the kselftest infra
This creates a test collection in drivers/net/bonding for bonding
specific kernel selftests.

The first test is a reproducer that provisions a bond and given the
specific order in how the ip-link(8) commands are issued the bond never
transmits an LACPDU frame on any of its slaves.
