Adrian Bunk c04f7ae2da [PARISC] move defconfig to arch/parisc/configs/ ...

This patch moves the default parisc defconfig to
arch/parisc/configs/generic_defconfig where it belongs and selects it as
the default defconfig through KBUILD_DEFCONFIG.
