Add tests for bpf_strnstr():

    bpf_strnstr("", "", 0) = 0
    bpf_strnstr("hello world", "hello", 5) = 0
    bpf_strnstr(str, "hello", 4) = -ENOENT
    bpf_strnstr("", "a", 0) = -ENOENT
