Geert Uytterhoeven bcf8eb09b5 nubus: Remove superfluous interrupt disable/restore 
As of commit e4dc601bf9 ("m68k: Disable/restore interrupts in
hwreg_present()/hwreg_write()"), this is no longer needed.
