rust: remove leftover mentions of the `alloc` crate



In commit 392e34b6 ("kbuild: rust: remove the `alloc` crate and
`GlobalAlloc`") we stopped using the upstream `alloc` crate.

Thus remove a few leftover mentions treewide.
