Drivers: hv: vmbus: Remove vmbus_sendpacket_pagebuffer()



With the netvsc driver changed to use vmbus_sendpacket_mpb_desc()
instead of vmbus_sendpacket_pagebuffer(), the latter has no remaining
callers. Remove it.
