ixgbe: fix typos in ixgbe driver comments



Corrected function reference:
 - "proc_autoc_read_82599" -> "prot_autoc_read_82599"
Fixed spelling of:
 - "big-enian" -> "big-endian"
 - "Virtualiztion" -> "Virtualization"
