Use the correct function (or macro) names to avoid kernel-doc warnings:

Warning: include/linux/build_bug.h:38 function parameter 'cond' not
 described in 'BUILD_BUG_ON_MSG'

 described in 'BUILD_BUG_ON_MSG'
