scsi: qla4xxx: Fix typos in comments 



Fix several spelling mistakes in qla4xxx driver comments:

 "Unfortunely" -> "Unfortunately"
 "becase" -> "because"
 "funcions" -> "functions"
 "targer_id" -> "target_id"
