[ACKVEC]: Reduce length of identifiers

This is reduces the length of the struct ackvec/ackvec_record fields. It is
a purely text-based replacement:

	s#dccpavr_#avr_#g;
	s#dccpav_#av_#g;

and increases readability somewhat.
