ARM: dts: imx6ul: support Engicam MicroGEA-MX6UL SoM



Support Engicam MicroGEA-MX6UL SoM with:

 - 256 Mbytes NAND Flash
 - 512 Mbytes DRAM DDR2
 - Ethernet MAC
