Staging: rtl8192e: Rename function GetHalfNmodeSupportByAPsHandler()



Rename function GetHalfNmodeSupportByAPsHandler to
get_half_nmode_support_by_aps_handler to fix checkpatch
warning Avoid CamelCase.
