clk: sunxi-ng: a523: add interface mod clocks



Add the clocks driving what the user manual summarises under "interface"
devices: raw NAND flash, MMC, SPI, EMAC, "IR" infrared, and the "GPADC"
general purpose analogue/digital converter.
