iio: adc: ad9467: support new parts



Add support for new devices:
 * Analog Devices AD9652 16-bit 310 MSPS ADC;
 * Analog Devices AD9643 14-Bit, 170/210/250 MSPS ADC;
 * Analog Devices AD9649 14-bit 20/40/65/80 MSPS ADC.
