Merge tag 'for-linus-6.10-1' of https://github.com/cminyard/linux-ipmi

Pull ipmi updates from Corey Minyard:
 "Mostly updates for deprecated interfaces, platform.remove and
  converting from a tasklet to a BH workqueue.

  Also use HAS_IOPORT for disabling inb()/outb()"
