ASoC: soc-dapm: remove unnecessary definition 



Below functions are already defined in soc-dapm.h, it is not necessary
in soc-dapm.c. Remove these

	snd_soc_dapm_new_control()
	snd_soc_dapm_new_control_unlocked()
