Lots of platform specific updates for Qualcomm SoCs, including a
 new TEE subsystem driver for the Qualcomm QTEE firmware interface.
 
 Added support for the Apple A11 SoC in drivers that are shared with the
 M1/M2 series, among more updates for those.
