Yintian Tao 4cb62b50de drm/amdgpu: disable DRIVER_ATOMIC under SRIOV ...

Under SRIOV, we need disable DRIVER_ATOMIC.
Otherwise, it will trigger WARN_ON at drm_universal_plane_init.
