Paul E. McKenney 52e0452b41 PM: sleep: Remove "select SRCU" ...

Now that the SRCU Kconfig option is unconditionally selected, there is
no longer any point in selecting it.  Therefore, remove the "select SRCU"
Kconfig statements.
