Thomas Hellstrom b76ff5ea1c drm/vmwgfx: Replace iowrite/ioread with volatile memory accesses 
Now that we use memremap instead of ioremap, Use WRITE_ONCE / READ_ONCE
instead of iowrite / ioread.
