arm64: dts: freescale: add i.MX91 11x11 EVK basic support



Add i.MX91 11x11 EVK board support.
- Enable ADC1.
- Enable lpuart1 and lpuart5.
- Enable network eqos and fec.
- Enable I2C bus and children nodes under I2C bus.
- Enable USB and related nodes.
- Enable uSDHC1 and uSDHC2.
- Enable Watchdog3.
